NOTE 1: Participants can pay the conference fee as the equivalence of the Euro (mentioned in the above table) in Dollars. Before making a payment, the participants must log in to their conference accounts and fill out the Payment Transaction Form and get the payment code.  NOTE 2: All refund requests must be received in writing before February 01, 2026. There will be a 100 € service charge per person for all refunds. There will be no refunds after  February 01, 2026.
 
NOTE 3: Only one paper is allowed for one registration fee. If you have more than one paper, you need to pay 50 € for each additional paper.
 
NOTE 4: The certificates of attendance and presentation will be only issued for registered presenters who paid the conference fee. Virtual/Camera-Ready Participants only get the electronic versions of the certificates and other conference documents.
